This edition of the tour promoted energy literacy not only by focusing on Canada’s place in the global energy sector, but also by providing a prescriptive outlook for the future of our energy industry. This panel discussion informed us about the development of our energy resources, as well as discussed ways in which Canada can responsibly maximize its energy resources to benefit all Canadians.
This was an incredibly profound and educational panel that encouraged us – the present and future leaders of Canada – to actively learn about and participate in one of Canada’s largest sectors. In an industry that is male-dominated, we hope that more women will get involved with the energy sector and help make much-needed improvements in terms of efficiency and corporate social responsibility.
Thank you for hosting such an incredible event!
